First Off, Domin..(? I forgot) has always been a gentleman. Even though we have had the service 4a few yrs,he responds to my questions in a knowledgeable way. He shows me upon my request,each trap and the why's and how's he knows when " food" was either eaten or scraped. I would appreciate if we and the jomes I care for have him service again...thanks

The very first visit was Oct. 21, the next visit to spray was on Nov. 4th and our first monthly visit was Dec.24th, Christmas Eve between 10am and 12 noon. By 1:45 I finally called them because they never called us, I had company and was waiting to start cooking. Apparently, the tech didn't want to drive in our driveway (we did get 2" of snow the night before)so he just left and never let us know. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and the first tech that sprayed was great. All I was hoping for was a phone saying he couldn't make it.

This is the first time in over one year where we had a Pestech operator come to our house who really cared about what was happening in our house

The first guy i had wasn't great at all. But the 2nd guy i got when everything got fixed was amazing. Explained everything and my cats were able to run around happy. Really satisfied with the provider I saw today. Did not have to move anything and he was very friendly. Thank you pestech.
