The very first visit was Oct. 21, the next visit to spray was on Nov. 4th and our first monthly visit was Dec.24th, Christmas Eve between 10am and 12 noon. By 1:45 I finally called them because they never called us, I had company and was waiting to start cooking. Apparently, the tech didn't want to drive in our driveway (we did get 2" of snow the night before)so he just left and never let us know. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and the first tech that sprayed was great. All I was hoping for was a phone saying he couldn't make it.

This is the first time in over one year where we had a Pestech operator come to our house who really cared about what was happening in our house

The first guy i had wasn't great at all. But the 2nd guy i got when everything got fixed was amazing. Explained everything and my cats were able to run around happy. Really satisfied with the provider I saw today. Did not have to move anything and he was very friendly. Thank you pestech.

Rob arrives to the site early and ready to work. He is conscientious worker and keeps things moving. A great Pestech Employee. He needs to be upgraded to a truck

Technician was on time and carefully went through the entire house . He even gave me suggestions on how to seal cracks he noticed in my foundation.

I highly recommend them, I had Rat in my house and it was destroying everything and leaving a mess. I tried everything myself to get rid of it but nothing worked. I called Pestech and they worked with me and took care of my problem. I chose to stay a customer with them on monthly visitsto make sure I never have a rodent problem again if possible. Excellent experience with Pest Tech at the Ferndale location, especially with Paul who arrived on the dot of our service appointment, very courteous and friendly, mindful of pets and their safety, proud of his work and his company. Also pleased with Darcy who scheduled us and Danielle who performed the free inspection. All individuals we dealt with were knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable.
